When you turn on Google Glass, the camera on your phone will turn on, and when you open it up you’ll see an icon.
Google says that it uses this camera to record your voice.
You’ll be able to ask it questions like, “What time is it?” and “How long has it been since I last had breakfast?”
This camera is not in your hand when you take a picture or send a text.
You can see the picture by pressing the camera button.
You might think this makes it impossible to take a selfie, but it doesn’t.
There are other camera features that are still in the experimental stage.
The phone’s camera is actually used to measure distance, as it’s mounted on your wrist.
You see the distance, and it will tell you how far it’s got to be.
This will tell Google the distance between you and your friends.
And if you’re in a rush, you can ask the phone to zoom in on your face to get a clearer picture.
You’re able to take pictures of things without the phone, too, like your nails.
But this camera is only in your pocket, not your pocket when you’re wearing Google Glass.
So the device is still limited to taking pictures that can be sent via text message.
Google has also started to integrate voice commands with Google Glass and will be adding support for it when the product ships later this year.
